Remove a registrant from an event
Open Chat with us or message your account team with the event and the person's name (or email/phone). We'll remove them from that event and stop any further reminders or texts to them for it.
Stop someone's reminders or opt them out
If a registrant asks to stop receiving texts or emails, send us their details and we'll opt them out. (Anyone can also reply STOP to a text to opt out of SMS automatically.)
Block a repeat or unwanted registrant
Have someone who keeps signing up and taking a seat? Let us know who, and we'll do our best to keep them from registering for future events.
How you'll know it's handled
On the My Leads page, a registrant we've removed shows an "Unsubscribe requested" tag, so you can see it's been taken care of.
