  • Help articles — browse step-by-step guides for the portal and your campaigns.

  • Hours, email & phone — our support hours are Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM Central, with our shared inbox and phone number listed.

Please use the chat or the shared inbox rather than emailing team members directly — those routes go straight to the right person, so nothing gets delayed.
