Submitting a New Event Request

How to request a new webinar or seminar campaign from your client portal, step by step.

Written by Chris Ross

Need a new webinar or seminar promoted? You can request it yourself in just a few minutes from the My Requests page in your client portal. Here's the whole process, start to finish.

Where to start

From the left-hand menu, open My Requests. This is the home for every campaign you've asked us to run — each row shows the event title, topic, format (webinar or seminar), date, and current status. To begin a new one, click + New Request in the top-right corner.

Step 1 — Choose your event type and topic

A short setup window opens. Tell us the basics about your event:

  • Event typeWebinar or In-Person Seminar.

  • Format — for a webinar, choose Live or Automated; for a seminar, choose the type (Dinner, Lunch & Learn, and so on) and the venue.

  • Topic — the subject of your event, such as Social Security or Taxes in Retirement.

Step 1: choosing the event type, format, and topic

Step 2 — We check for a setup you can reuse

Start typing your event title. As you type, the portal looks for campaigns you've run before that match this topic and format, so you don't accidentally rebuild something you already have.

  • If you see a close match, click Copy request (or Copy & Update Title) to reuse its proven landing page and details — then just confirm what's changed, like the date.

  • If it's genuinely new, click Continue to build it from scratch.

Step 2: typing a title surfaces matching past campaigns to reuse, or Continue to build new

Step 3 — Fill in the details and submit

Finally, complete the event details on one page:

  • Title, age target, and budget for the campaign.

  • Three talking points (required) — these help our team write the copy for your ads and landing pages, so the more specific, the better.

  • Optional extras — a presenter bio and photo, attachments such as flyers, and any comments for our team. (Seminars also include venue photos and food & drink details.)

  • Dates & times — choose One-time or Recurring. Each date you add becomes its own request, and the portal checks there's enough lead time for us to build and launch it.

When everything looks right, click Submit Request(s). In a hurry? Save for later keeps a draft on this device.

What happens next

Your request reaches our team right away and appears on your My Requests list, where you can track its status at any time. We'll build your campaign and let you know as soon as your proofs are ready to review.
